Payment and Postage:
We accept either Visa or MasterCard. Payment via internet banking and also by personal or business cheque is available to New Zealand residents.
Payments made by credit card will be approved or declined immediately. If you are resident in New Zealand and wish to make payment by internet banking or by cheque, your payment must reach us within 7 days of us forwarding our details for payment. If we have not received your payment within the 7 days, we will email you first to advise your payment has not been received and if we receive no response or an unsatisfactory reason for the delay in payment, the item(s) you ordered will be returned to stock and available for sale.
If you choose to make payment by personal or business cheque, your order will not be sent until your cheque has cleared (5 working days from date of banking). Again, an email will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Your purchase will be couriered for a cost of $5.00. We do not courier to PO Boxes.

To ensure our information is accurate and for privacy reasons, we require you to update us on any changes to your personal information.
Currency
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
We are limited to New Zealand customers only.
Colour Variation
Please note that the colour of our products represented on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.
Refunds
Please choose your item wisely before purchasing. All garmets are thoroughly checked for defects before sending.
Garments can be returned as long as the requirements listed below are met. We will not refund if you have changed your mind, or if the garments have been worn. The refund value will be limited to the cost of the item. We are sorry but we are unable to refund delivery costs (in either direction). Return costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Returned goods must arrive as follows:
- goods must be returned within 7 days of the original despatch date from Kellybells Ltd
- goods must be "as new", should not have been worn and have all original labels attached. Until the goods arrive safely back with Kellybells Ltd they remain the responsibility of the sender. No refunds can be given for lost items.
- should Kellybells Ltd reluctantly decide that goods are not in a saleable condition no refund will be given. Instead Kellybells Ltd will offer to return the goods to the sender but this will be at the senders cost.

Faulty Goods
Kellybells Ltd will fulfil its obligations relating to faulty goods under New Zealand law. However, we would appreciate a call on + 64 21 0606 807 before the goods are returned to discuss your concerns.
All garmets are thoroughly checked before sending. Except in exceptional circumstances goods over 6 months old are unlikely to be accepted as faulty as this is deemed to be the normal life of these type garments.
Chargebacks
Kellybells Ltd does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.
If you, the buyer, choose to do business with Kellybells Ltd, and you file a charge back with your credit card company, and you do not win the charge back argument, you agree to pay us $100 for our time responding to the matter.
The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to Kellybells Ltd before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!
